Silver Plated Copper Wires

Soft high purity silver plated solid copper wires DSM & SCW type in thermal range - 200^oC - +800^oC.

This product is produced in eleven, the most popular diameters, in range from Ø 0,40mm/SWG 27 till Ø 2,00mm/SWG 14

The wires are winded evenly and compactly on 100 grams, 250 grams and 500 grams reels and foiled additionally with transparent and foiled additionally with transparent shrink-wrapped cover, ensuring perfect visual effect, protecting against oxidation and blackening of silver galvanic coat and getting dirty during their storage.

To ensure perfect product softness, making much easier the later installation, we use annealled copper wires at very high purity, being galvanically coated with the best quality homogenous silver layer.

The received product by us is of exceptional elasticity with perfect soldering parameters, its cross-section invariable on the whole length and perfectly smooth, polishing and tight coat, classifies it on the top world level.

Our soft, silver plated solid copper wires of DSM type are manufactured according to BN-85/3051-01 Norm in RoHS standard.The wires of this category can be applied both to making professional connections, exposed to very high overload and work in the thermic range, inaccessible to insulated conductors and to simple hobbyist works.
