Single coated enamelled copper wires DN1E 200 EI/AIW - 200 Grade 1 in thermal range - 65oC - +200oC. This product is produced in thirty eight, the most popular cross-sections, in the range from Ø 0,15mm/SWG 38 till Ø 2,50mm/SWG12.

The wires are winded evenly and compactly, on 250g and 500g reels and foiled additionally with transparent shrink-wrapped cover, ensuring perfect visual effect, protecting against getting dirty & dust during their storage and preventing oxidation of outer insulated cover.

The wires, used by us, are of German manufacture, being the top quality and classified as EI/AIW - Class Grade 1.They are produced according to IEC 60317-13 norm in RoHS standard.

The wires are produced from highest purity copper, isolated by single coated enamel at render-set structure based on polyesteramide with outer polyamidoamide coat. So the wires produced in this way are extremely solid and they are of excellent mechanical resistance to abrasion due to very low friction coefficient. It makes these wires to be used in modern high-speed winding machines, they are of perfect resistance to all kind of thermal overload as well as to such chemicals as solvents, thinners, lyes, saturated substances, hermetic masses and cooling agents. These wires can be used to all applications of above-average resistance requirements, in particular of different types of coils, hoke winding, electric motors, transformers, power tools, generators, refrigeration units and to different services & hobby works.

The application of insulating coat, having polyesterimid and polyamidoimid in its composition, ensures the exceptional softness, overload resistance, thermal and mechanical stability and makes possible the considerable increase of breakdown tension till level of > 5kV.
