Double coated enamelled copper wires DN2E 200 EI/AIW - 200 Grade 2 in thermal range - 65oC - +200oC. This product is produced in twenty, the most popular cross-sections, in the range from
Ø 0,15mm/SWG 38 till Ø 2,00mm/SWG14. -
The wires are winded evenly and compactly, on 250g reels, and foiled additionally with shrink-wrapped cover, ensuring perfect visual effect, protecting against getting dirty during their storage and preventing oxidation of outer insulated coat.

The wires of this category can be used both to making professional winding, being exposed to very high overload and work in exceptionally hard conditions and to simple hobbyist works.

Round coiled wires EI/AIW 200 Grade 2 class are of the highest word quality and can be applied both to perform professional windings exposed to very high overload and working in extremely difficult conditions and for simple service or hobby jobs. Application of doubled insulation coating consisting of polyesterimide overcoated with polyamideimide provides excellent mechanical characteristic, exceptional softness, resistance to overload, thermal and mechanical stability and allows to significant raise of breakdown voltage level to 5kV.
